My Customer complaining to me ."BOB, INGCO is crazy. It is impossiable for me to competes them!”
“We buy same angle grinder from same supplier Huali. While the price i get from Huali is US$12, while Ingco get price 10% lower at US$10.8, just becasue they place a crazy big order at 200,000.00 units! What’s worse, they are selling this angle grinder in my market at US$12.00. While, after pay custom clearance fee+freight, my bottom sales price need go to US$14.40 ! On price US$12.00 , the more qty ingco sales ,the more money they lose. How could them afford it!
Tell me , how could i compete them, when my competitors getting 10% lower price and Dumping selling it without profit. I hope our goverment could stop them, it is unfair! It is a Unequal competition! “
I have to tell him, when Ingco have 3000+ sku products in categories, it is easy for them sales some sku at amazing low price without profit. The money they losted in angle grinder, they can get it back from other power products. This angle grinder is playing a rule like Fish hook, that keeping collect custom traffic to their dealer’s stores.
1. Ingco angle grinder produced by Huali is good quality, you are trouble to compete them in quality performance.
2. Ingco finance is stronger, you are trouble to compete this kind of rich company based on finance flow.
So, answer is yes, it is impossble to fight INGCO on Same angle grinder. At least when you try to fight them on same products.

The answer is yes!
Demolition hammer! Is the INGCO’s Achilles' Heel.
There is one famous rotary hammer factory name Deshi in Yongkang city,China
Their rotary hammer is well-known as perfect balance between Quality and Price. Becasue of this point, lots of INGCO’s competitor brands such as Ronix, Crown, HYUNDAI, Pumpkin ... buying similar Rotary hammer from Deshi at same time.
Same like my customer, they are suffering same trouble. The price Ingco get is alwasy 10% lower, since Ingco’s order is bigger . Which make refer brands unable to beat Ingco .
Fortunately, INGCO buying demolition hammer from Deshi at same time.
It is a mistake! Becasue Deshi’s demoliton hammer is not as stronge as Rotary hammer. Every year, deshi produce 90% rotary hammer, but only 10% demolition hammer. Which means, the quality is so so, price is so so ...
When my customer find another supplier who can offering better quality demolition hammer with a better price, it is very easy for him to win INGCO, based on demolition hammer.
In one word, demolition hammer is the Achilles' Heel !!!
